Description

• Lead and manage multiple high-end residential construction projects ranging from $30k to $3M+ in value.
• Oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Direct and mentor a team of 3-6 employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain effective communication and project alignment.
• Implement and monitor quality control and safety standards across all project phases.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Utilize MS Office and Procore to maintain accurate project documentation and progress tracking.

Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction.
• Has a proven track record of managing projects from initiation through completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and oversee teams of 3-6 employees.
• Excels in communication and client management, fostering positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Is proficient in MS Office and Procore.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and can effectively prioritize tasks.
• Is motivated by a career path with growth potential in a well-established and reputable company.
