Description

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure equipment and facilities are functioning at optimal levels.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments to plan and execute maintenance schedules effectively.
• Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for maintenance services and supplies.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze maintenance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
