Senior Project Manager - DSA - El Centro
An established general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager with DSA experience to lead a $50M higher education construction project in El Centro, CA. The role requires overseeing all phases of the project while managing budget, schedule, subcontractors, and compliance, with candidates expected to commute daily or relocate for the 2-year duration of the project.

Description
- Lead the overall management of a $50M Higher Education construction project.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate with DSA officials, inspectors, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure compliance with California regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership to project engineers, assistant project managers, and field teams.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and performance management.
- Monitor financial performance, including cost forecasting, change orders, and risk management.
- Maintain strong communication with ownership and project stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company safety standards and project quality expectations.
Profile
- Proven experience managing DSA (Division of the State Architect) projects.
- Experience delivering higher education, K-12, or other public works projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects ($30M+ preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to commute to El Centro daily or relocate for the duration of the project.

- $160,000-180,000 salary
