NYC APM
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to gain hands-on experience managing complex builds in a fast-paced environment.

Description
Support Project Managers in overseeing all phases of commercial interiors projects
Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Maintain project documentation in Procore or other management platforms
Monitor progress and assist with resolving field issues as they arise
Contribute to maintaining safety and quality standards across all project phases
Profile
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and eager to build their career in commercial construction. They should have prior experience supporting interiors or ground-up projects in New York City, with a strong understanding of construction documents and project workflows. A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills will be essential to thriving in this role.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in construction, preferably in commercial interiors
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Familiarity with NYC building codes and permitting processes a plus
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and related project management tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments
