Construction Project Manager - Office and Retail - OKC
The Project Manager - Office and Retail will oversee construction projects in the business services industry, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline expectations are met. This role is based in Oklahoma City and focuses on office and retail construction projects.

Description
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee office and retail construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and expectations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Address project challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any on-site issues.

Profile
A successful Project Manager - Office and Retail should have:
- A background in construction management or a related field.
- Proven experience managing office and retail construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
