Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee office and retail construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and expectations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Address project challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any on-site issues.
