Description
Project Manager - Design Build - Belmont, NH
- Developing comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, timelines, budget, resources, and quality standards.
- Monitoring project costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to the budget.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal team members.
- Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment
Profile
Project Manager - Design Build - Belmont, NH
- 10+ years of Project Management experience
- Design-Build experience
- Proficiency with Procore
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Development (preferred)
- A strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and industry standards is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience leading a small team
