Manufacturing Engineer | Aerospace
Manufacturing Engineer position supporting the fabrication team by providing technical guidance and driving process improvements in sheet metal manufacturing. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience, strong blueprint interpretation skills, and familiarity with CAD tools and fabrication processes.

This organization specializes in producing high-quality metal components and assemblies for a diverse range of industries, including aerospace, defense, construction, energy, and infrastructure.
Description
- Interpret custom blueprints to determine most efficient manufacturing processes
- Utilize CAD software to design components, fixtures, and jigs
- Aid with process development
- Interface with clients and sales teams to understand order specifications
- Analyze metal fabrication processes and implement improvements as needed

Profile
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Sheet metal fabrication experience (laser cutting, welding, forming, grinding, ect)
- Strong experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Strong process development skills
Job Offer
- Base salary up to $95,000 based on experience
- 3 weeks of PTO
- Quarterly bonus potential
