Safety Manager - Interiors GC
The Safety Manager will lead the charge in reshaping the company's safety culture by developing protocols, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards while building trust across jobsites. This role combines hands-on fieldwork with office responsibilities, driving training, onboarding, and long-term initiatives to make safety a core value embedded in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety protocols across all projects.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead toolbox talks, orientations, and ongoing training for staff and subcontractors.

Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor (large interiors background preferred, but ground-up experience considered).
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- CSP, CHST, and OSHA Outreach Trainer certifications strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive safety culture change and foster engagement across diverse teams.
