Compliance Risk Management & Testing Consultant
The Compliance Risk Management & Testing Consultant will play a key role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements within the financial services industry. This temporary position is based in Iselin and focuses on legal compliance and risk management strategies.

Description
- Conduct compliance testing to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements to mitigate potential compliance issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance testing strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for compliance findings and corrective actions.
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure policies are aligned with current requirements.
- Provide guidance on compliance-related matters to internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of training materials to enhance awareness of compliance protocols.
- Assist in audits and reviews related to compliance and risk management practices.

Profile
A successful Compliance Risk Management & Testing Consultant should have:
- A strong understanding of compliance testing and risk management processes within the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in legal compliance.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and analyzing data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing compliance risks.
