Description

• Partner with site leadership to pinpoint and enhance critical operational areas, driving improvements in turnaround times, velocity, and cost efficiency.

• Develop and implement new processes, providing training and guidance to team members to ensure effective adoption and execution.

• Formulate and execute improvement strategies, managing their deployment to achieve business objectives and sustain operational excellence.

• Lead and coordinate improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
