Technical Sales Manager - Onsite Foxborough
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager selling metals/ materials into our Electronics division.

With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our efforts in expanding market share, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the field of refractory metals.
Description
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitors in the refractory metals industry.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in targeted industries.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation/Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and leveraging existing connections.
- Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our refractory metals, their applications, and unique value propositions to effectively communicate with clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical information to prospective clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring favorable agreements for both the company and the client.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and marketing effectiveness to the leadership team.
Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics Engineering, Material Sciences, Chemistry, related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing space.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within the refractory metals or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of refractory metals and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Job Offer
- $100,000 - $120,000 base salary
- Annual bonus up to 20%
