Commercial projects include healthcare, institutional, hospitality, entertainment facilities and they focus on industrial, structural and restoration work. Description

• Oversee and manage the engineering processes of commercial shell construction projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Assist in managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving for field issues.
• Conduct project inspections and ensure high-quality standards are met.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in commercial shell construction as project engineer.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
