Scrum Master, Onsite
Our client is seeking a Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing roadblocks and ensuring the team delivers high‑quality software aligned with business needs. This person will also manage scope, scheduling, resourcing and financial tracking while maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders. This role is only open for w2 arrangements. Description
- Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies, support Agile best practices and remove impediments to keep delivery on track.
- Partner with the product owner to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and clear, actionable work.
- Oversee scope, scheduling, resourcing and financial tracking while providing consistent status updates to stakeholders.
- Promote quality by coordinating defect remediation, managing technical debt and guiding continuous improvement efforts across the team.

Profile
- Ability to work onsite in the Charlotte office at least two days per week, with an in‑person interview required.
- Degree in information technology, business or a related field, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager, including managing multiple initiatives at once.
- Practical understanding of scoping, estimating work and applying quality management tools and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate conflict, collaborate across diverse teams and maintain effective financial and project controls.
