Description

This role involves leading construction projects from initial concept through to completion, with a focus on aligning every aspect with the client's vision and goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure all project components are aligned.
• Preparing comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
• Analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other documents to provide accurate cost assessments.
• Identifying potential risks and challenges associated with the project.
• Developing strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project feasibility.
• Ensuring that all project activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Prior experience managing K-12 projects, with a strong understanding of the unique requirements in educational construction.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively address project challenges.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, fostering a cooperative work environment.
• Proven ability to manage time and resources effectively, consistently delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
