A well-established federal construction contractor with over 32 years of experience delivering high-quality projects for agencies such as the Navy, Army, GSA, and State Department. With an annual revenue of $40-$60 million and a team of 60-80 professionals, the company specializes in new construction, interior renovations, and ground-up projects.
Description
- Manage all phases of federal construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Lead project teams, including on-site personnel (Superintendent, QCM, Safety Manager) and in-office support.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, contract requirements, and quality control standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project financials and prepare progress reports for leadership and clients.
- Drive risk management and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile
- Experience: Project Manager: 3-5 years of PM experience in construction.
- Senior Project Manager: 8-10 years of PM experience in construction.
- Federal project experience is required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Job Offer
- Project Manager: $120,000-$160,000 (depending on exp.)
- Senior Project Manager: $160,000-$180,000 (depending on exp.)
