Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or quality concerns effectively.
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality work and adherence to plans.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

Profile

A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have:

• Minimum 5 Years of ground up Multifamily project experience
• Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making on-site.
