Description

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Lead and develop production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Implement and monitor process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards in food manufacturing.
• Manage production scheduling and planning to meet operational goals and customer demands.
• Develop and monitor budgets, focusing on cost control and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support major facility transitions and modernization efforts.
• Promote safety management practices and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
