Construction Manager
Construction Manager will oversee all phases of building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. They coordinate teams, manage resources, and handle day-to-day site operations while maintaining safety and compliance.

Description
versee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or delays
Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
Prepare and review reports, contracts, and project documentation
Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols on-site
Support procurement and material management processes
Drive project milestones and ensure timely delivery
Profile
Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation
Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
Proficient with construction management software and tools
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and compliance
Capable of building strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
