Construction Manager will oversee all phases of building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. They coordinate teams, manage resources, and handle day-to-day site operations while maintaining safety and compliance.

Description

  • versee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources

  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

  • Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or delays

  • Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

  • Prepare and review reports, contracts, and project documentation

  • Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols on-site

  • Support procurement and material management processes

  • Drive project milestones and ensure timely delivery

Profile

  • Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish

  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Solid understanding of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations

  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation

  • Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure

  • Proficient with construction management software and tools
