Description

Position Overview: Quality Control Manager
My client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join their team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction projects meet the company's high standards of quality and excellence while adhering to industry regulations and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes and procedures for construction projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and ensure that all work aligns with project requirements.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly, implementing corrective and preventive measures as needed.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality control standards and best practices.
  • Prepare detailed quality control reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Profile

  • Proven experience in quality control or construction management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and related software.
  • Certification in quality control or construction management (preferred).
