The company specializes in large-scale new construction projects, often exceeding $400 million, with average project sizes ranging from $50 million to $100 million.
They also handle smaller renovation projects ranging from $1 million to $5 million.
Position Overview: Quality Control Manager
My client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join their team.
This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction projects meet the company's high standards of quality and excellence while adhering to industry regulations and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes and procedures for construction projects.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and ensure that all work aligns with project requirements.
Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly, implementing corrective and preventive measures as needed.
Train and mentor team members on quality control standards and best practices.
Prepare detailed quality control reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
