Description

This Operations Manager will:

• Lead daily operations across machining, heat treat, grinding, finishing, assembly, and shipping.
• Drive improvements in quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, including scrap, repair, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with materials management to optimize raw material and component availability.
• Implement lean initiatives and reduce process variability.
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and production schedules.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance workforce capability

Profile

A successful Operations Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in aerospace or precision components.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, MRP, ERP systems, and data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to train, coach, and align teams with business goals.
