Description
- Lead and manage ground-up construction projects valued at $100M+ from inception to completion.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.

Profile
A successful Project Manager - Ground Up Projects $100M+ should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- A strong background in construction management within the Business Services industry.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects, specifically ground-up builds.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to lead teams effectively.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and risk management techniques.
