Description

• Lead and manage ground-up construction projects valued at $100M+ from inception to completion.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.

Profile
