Superintendent- Commercial and Multifamily

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the field operations of multifamily and commercial construction projects across Miami. Description

• Oversee all day-to-day field operations, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are consistently met.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain smooth project execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety protocols.

• Manage project scheduling, look-ahead planning, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

• Collaborate with the project management team to address issues, resolve conflicts, and drive progress.

• Maintain clear communication with ownership, design teams, and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.

• Proven track record overseeing ground-up multifamily and commercial projects.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams and subcontractors effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of construction means, methods, safety regulations, and scheduling.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
