Lead Superintendent -Luxury Apartments

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the construction of luxury high-rise apartment projects in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing projects over 30 stories from ground-up through completion, ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery.

Description

• Lead all field operations for a luxury high-rise project exceeding 30 stories.

• Manage scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and daily site activities.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards.

• Oversee project milestones, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with the Project Manager.

• Serve as the primary on-site leader, communicating progress and challenges to ownership and stakeholders.

• Mentor and guide assistant superintendents, field engineers, and other site staff.

Profile

• 10+ years of superintendent experience with a focus on high-rise luxury apartments.

• Demonstrated success delivering projects 30+ stories in urban environments.

• Strong knowledge of structural concrete, curtain wall systems, and high-rise MEP coordination.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to resolve issues proactively while maintaining project efficiency.
