Lead Superintendent -Luxury Apartments
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the construction of luxury high-rise apartment projects in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing projects over 30 stories from ground-up through completion, ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery.

They specialize in high-rise multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality projects, and are known for their commitment to delivering exceptional quality, safety, and innovation on every build.
Description
Lead all field operations for a luxury high-rise project exceeding 30 stories.
Manage scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and daily site activities.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards.
Oversee project milestones, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Serve as the primary on-site leader, communicating progress and challenges to ownership and stakeholders.
Mentor and guide assistant superintendents, field engineers, and other site staff.
Profile
10+ years of superintendent experience with a focus on high-rise luxury apartments.
Demonstrated success delivering projects 30+ stories in urban environments.
Strong knowledge of structural concrete, curtain wall systems, and high-rise MEP coordination.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to resolve issues proactively while maintaining project efficiency.
