Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading all phases of project management from preconstruction through closeout
  • Driving project strategy, execution plans, and overall delivery approach
  • Managing and mentoring Project Managers, Project Engineers, and support staff
  • Overseeing budgets, schedules, and cost controls across multiple projects
  • Leading subcontractor buyouts, contract negotiations, and procurement strategy
  • Managing the change order process and maintaining financial performance (WIP)
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
  • Identifying project risks and implementing proactive solutions
  • Ensuring alignment between field operations and project management teams
  • Building and maintaining long-term client and industry relationships

Profile

The Senior Project Manager will have:

  • 8+ years of project management experience
  • 4+ years leading multifamily construction projects
  • Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience with podium, PT decks, or structured parking is a plus
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple projects
  • Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong financial management, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously and drive project success
