Description

• Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

• Oversee and mentor project teams, including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Assistant PMs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Collaborate with estimating and procurement teams during preconstruction to set accurate budgets and schedules.

• Enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance with local and federal construction regulations.

• Drive risk management, change order processing, and contract administration to maintain project integrity and profitability.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects valued $10M+.

• Proven track record leading projects with a reputable commercial general contractor.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.

• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
