Superintendent- Commercial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial construction projects in Fort Lauderdale, with a strong preference for candidates who have successfully delivered K-12 school projects. This is a key leadership position overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Description
Oversee day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain smooth project execution.
Implement and enforce safety standards and company policies across the jobsite.
Manage project schedules, inspections, and quality control procedures.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Architects to resolve challenges and maintain strong client relationships.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Superintendent experience in ground-up commercial construction, with a proven track record managing projects from site development through completion. Previous experience in the education sector (K-12 or higher education facilities) is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive projects to completion while maintaining quality and safety are essential.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000-$150,000 depending on experience.
