We are working with a reputable construction firm specializing in a diverse range of projects, including restaurants, large and small retail establishments, car washes, fitness clubs, and hospitality construction. With a proven track record of successful project delivery, our client are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and help them continue their growth and success.
Description
- Utilize your 5 years of experience in construction estimating.
- Work collaboratively with project executives to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Produce 2-3 bids per month, showcasing your efficiency and attention to detail.
- Utilize software such as Excel and Bluebeam for precise and comprehensive estimates.
- Provide thorough bid-out of contractor bids to enhance project competitiveness.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is highly desirable.
Profile
- 5 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably within hospitality, retail, and restaurant sectors.
- Proficient in Excel and Bluebeam for accurate and efficient estimation.
- Ability to manage 2-3 bids per month while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Experience running individual projects with values up to $6 million.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with project executives and cross-functional teams.
