Project Manager
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects within the property industry, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a solid understanding of construction processes in both the commercial and public space.

Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards in the property industry.
- Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or additional costs.
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and overall success.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
