Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects within the property industry, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a solid understanding of construction processes in both the commercial and public space.

Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate and communicate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards in the property industry.
  • Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or additional costs.
  • Support the team in achieving project milestones and overall success.
