We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction projects in Mineola, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Description
- Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction planning through project completion.
- Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Oversee quality control, safety protocols, and site inspections to ensure work meets the highest standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Lead project teams, provide guidance, and ensure a collaborative work environment.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in managing healthcare construction projects.
- Strong understanding of healthcare facility design, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
