Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior and ground-up construction projects
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project scope to develop accurate bids
• Work closely with subcontractors and vendors to obtain pricing and negotiate costs
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure estimates align with budget goals
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and assess project risks

Profile

• 3-8 years' experience
• Estimators, Preconstruction Managers
• Degree preferred but not required
• Healthcare or tilt-wall preferred, will also look at good commercial backgrounds
• This hire is not tied to a specific project
• Examples of upcoming projects: Ground-up hospitals, ground-up tilt wall buildings, hospital expansions, general commercial
