Description

The Chief Estimator - Healthcare, Labs & Academic Construction will:

• Lead the preparation of accurate and detailed cost estimates for healthcare, lab, and academic construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to determine the scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the bidding process, including preparation of bid packages and review of proposals.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive and accurate cost estimates.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the estimating team, fostering a high-performance work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations in all estimating activities.

Profile
