Chief Estimator - Healthcare, Lab & Academic Construction
The Chief Estimator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the estimating process for healthcare, lab, and academic construction projects. This role requires extensive expertise in construction cost analysis, project planning, and team leadership to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

Description
The Chief Estimator - Healthcare, Labs & Academic Construction will:
- Lead the preparation of accurate and detailed cost estimates for healthcare, lab, and academic construction projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to determine the scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the bidding process, including preparation of bid packages and review of proposals.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive and accurate cost estimates.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the estimating team, fostering a high-performance work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations in all estimating activities.

Profile
A successful Chief Estimator - Healthcare, Lab and Academic Construction should have:
- A strong background in construction estimating, particularly in healthcare, lab, and academic projects.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
- A thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations in the construction sector.
