Description

Project Manager - Commercial - $130k - Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Use Procore to track and manage project documentation, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Profile

Project Manager - Commercial - $130k - Will have

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, preferably with experience in dental offices or other commercial projects.
• Proficient in using Procore or similar project management software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in coordinating schedules, managing budgets, and supervising teams

Job Offer
