Commercial Construction Superintendent - New York, NY

We're looking for a Superintendent to jump in immediately and help finish a $40M ambulatory center in Rockaway. After that, you'll move on to leading a steady flow of commercial projects in the $5M-$10M range.

They specialize in everything from interior fit-outs to ground-up builds for commercial, academic, and medical clients. With a $250M bonding capacity, they have the resources and pipeline to keep projects moving.

Description

• Running day-to-day site operations, making sure everything stays on schedule.
• Managing subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and handling inspections.
• Communicating with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to keep things running smoothly.
• Making sure every project meets high-quality standards from start to finish.

• A hands-on Superintendent who knows how to get things done in commercial construction.
• Strong leadership skills-someone who can manage teams and solve problems on the fly.
