Description
Project Leadership: Oversee all project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Team Management: Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Budget & Financial Control: Develop and manage project budgets, approve financial transactions, and control costs without sacrificing quality or safety.
Risk & Problem Management: Proactively identify risks, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Contract Management: Negotiate and administer contracts, ensuring vendors and subcontractors meet performance expectations and resolve disputes efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to company and client quality standards through regular inspections and audits.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project records and provide progress reports to senior management and clients.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, comply with OSHA standards, and implement corrective actions as needed
Profile
- 8+ years of construction experience with a general contractor required
- Must have large-scale projects experience in either commercial or healthcare markets
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Applicable project management software proficiency (Procore, CMiC, P6)
- Thorough understanding of corporate and construction industry best practices, processes, standards, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, business aptitude, and professional character
