Superintendent - Multifamily/ Commercial - Plymouth, MA

We are seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent to manage a steel construction project for a Pickleball Facility in Mashpee, MA. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the project from start to finish, including scheduling, coordination, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Following the 6-month Mashpee project, you may be assigned to upcoming projects closer to the Cape Cod or Greater Boston area.

Description

Superintendent - Multifamily/ Commercial - Plymouth, MA - Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring the project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the project.
• Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project management and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, ensuring project goals are met and potential issues are addressed promptly.

Profile

Superintendent - Multifamily/ Commercial - Plymouth, MA - Will have

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record in managing similar projects (commercial, multifamily, or steel construction preferred).
• Based in Cape Cod or Greater Boston, with flexibility for site management in Mashpee and future projects.
• Experience in managing steel construction projects is a plus.
• Highly adaptable, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient with modern construction technology and tools (Procore, Bluebeam).
• Solid understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and a dedication to safety and quality.
• Desire to build a long-term career with a growing firm.

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary, up to $160k
• 401k with a 3% match after 3 months of employment.
