Talent Acquisition Execution Analyst

The Talent Acquisition Execution Analyst will support the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding Fixed Income and Equity Markets professionals. This role involves collaborating with senior recruiters, building a diverse candidate pool, and managing recruitment metrics while providing a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Description

• Support the recruitment of Fixed Income and Equity Markets professionals in collaboration with the senior recruiter.
• Source passive candidates through industry networking events, social media, and other recruiting tools.
• Utilize social media, job boards, event management, and personal networks to build a diverse candidate pool.
• Review resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offer terms, and provide feedback to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR partners, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
• Maintain and update Job Requisition and Applicant Tracking Systems, producing progress reports and recruitment metrics.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting recruiters in the financial services industry, preferably in Fixed Income or Equities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and senior management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, complex environment with short deadlines.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting-related applications.
• Proactive in building and maintaining relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on driving recruitment success and managing multiple tasks.
