Talent Acquisition Execution Analyst
Client Details
Our client is a global financial services group, offering a wide range of banking, securities, and trust services to individuals, corporations, and institutions.
Description
- Support the recruitment of Fixed Income and Equity Markets professionals in collaboration with the senior recruiter.
- Source passive candidates through industry networking events, social media, and other recruiting tools.
- Utilize social media, job boards, event management, and personal networks to build a diverse candidate pool.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offer terms, and provide feedback to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR partners, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
- Maintain and update Job Requisition and Applicant Tracking Systems, producing progress reports and recruitment metrics.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting recruiters in the financial services industry, preferably in Fixed Income or Equities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and senior management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, complex environment with short deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting-related applications.
- Proactive in building and maintaining relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on driving recruitment success and managing multiple tasks.
