Multifamily Construction Superintendent
We are seeking a seasoned Multifamily Construction Superintendent for a new, multi-story, 100,000 SF load-bearing Multifamily Space in the Tampa, Florida area. This exciting project requires a candidate with at least 5 years experience in similar commercial construction projects.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction of a 100,000 SF load-bearing Multifamily Facility.
- Ensure compliance with all commercial building codes and safety regulations.
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with architects and project managers.
- Ensure all work is completed according to schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Troubleshoot problems and manage any issues that arise on the job site.
- Maintain a mature, professional demeanor and foster strong working relationships with diverse teams.
- Utilize a laptop and email to keep project communications and documentation up to date.
- Manage daily operations and be responsible for the safety and quality of the job site.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing similar construction projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial building methods and codes.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with strong independent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tactful and mature demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Procore software.
- OSHA certification required.
