Description

• Direct daily manufacturing operations to achieve production goals.
• Lead and develop an operations team of 120 employees.
• Implement and monitor operator training and compliance programs.
• Drive safety initiatives to meet established targets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations leadership to optimize plant performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality policies and certifications.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Conduct daily team meetings and manage shift transitions.
• Maintain strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports and schedules.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Automotive industry and quality systems experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
