Description
- Oversee all daily field operations to keep work moving safely and efficiently
- Manage subcontractors and schedules to maintain quality and productivity
- Ensure strict safety compliance and uphold company standards on site
- Coordinate with project managers and design partners to resolve issues quickly
Profile
- 5+ years of field supervision experience across restaurant, retail, or commercial projects
- Proven track record managing multiple ground‑up projects as the lead superintendent from start to finish
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficient in scheduling and project management software (Procore experience preferred)
