SF CRE Relationship Manager
The CRE Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving newi deal originations within the CRE space, with a focus on multi-family, industrials, retail, and data warehouses.

The client is a growing bank with a presence in both NYC and San Francisco.
Description
The CRE Relationship Manager will be responsible for:
- Client relationship management activities, which include deal origination and execution
- Generation of ideas and cross-selling opportunities
- Attending client meetings, investor days, and bank meetings
- Drafting credit memos and underwriting new transactions
Profile
The CRE Relationship Manager
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 7+ years of CRE Relationship Management/Originations experience
- Good technology skills
- Underwriting and deal execution experience
- Experience with CRA-eligible deals is nice to have
Job Offer
$175,000 base salary.
