Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Description

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects.
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate closely with field staff and superintendents to maintain schedule and workflow.
• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders to support repeat business.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven experience managing ground‑up and/or TI commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and logistics.
• Proficiency with project management platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
