IT Night Shift Consultant (Mandarin Speaking)

We are seeking a dedicated IT Night Shift Consultant skilled in maintaining systems, troubleshooting issues, and managing backups for a financial services firm. This role requires exceptional technical expertise, communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Please Note: This position requires Mandarin fluency and is open to W2 candidates only - no visa sponsorship available. This is a hybrid role, typically in-office 3 days a week, and will begin as a contract position.

• Oversee the operation of IT systems during night shifts.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks.
• Manage system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor and document system performance.
• Collaborate with daytime IT staff to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Provide technical support and assistance to other staff as needed.

Profile
