Description

• Manage large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and contracts
• Maintain a focus on quality control, safety, and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 6-10 years of experience managing large-scale multifamily projects ($40M - $100M+)
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and risk management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
