Assistant Construction Project Manager - $220M University will be responsible for:Assisting & reporting to the PM/Super
Onsite in Northampton, MA daily
Participating in the design process providing budget, schedule, and construct-ability input
Reviewing and interpreting plans & specifications
Managing relationships and interfacing with appropriate personnel on a daily basis
Preparing requests for proposals, analyzing/aligning bids, making award recommendation
Negotiating and preparing construction & consultant contracts
Providing day-to-day management, technical direction, supervision and coordination of construction activities
Reviewing and tracking project invoices, RFIs, Submitals, Budgets
Developing, managing, and updating project schedule
Evaluating and negotiating pay requests and change orders
Administering punch list and project close-out activities
Reporting project status regularly

Project Manager - Luxury Multifamily Projects - Weymouth MA

Description
* Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion
* Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
* Work closely with superintendents, APMs, and field teams
* Maintain strong client relationships and communication
* Lead project meetings and ensure alignment across teams
* Support design build processes and project planning
* Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency throughout execution
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Project management experience in multifamily construction
- Experience with ground up or renovation work
- Strong understanding of construction operations and sequencing
- Ability to manage projects in a collaborative, team based environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in growing with a company during a high growth phase
