Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and processes to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Support training programs to educate staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.

Profile

  • Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred, or equivalent experience (2-5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 17025, AC7115, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Internal auditing experience; AS9100 or IATF 16949 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with FMEA, GD&T, PPAP, and APQP.
  • Independent performer with strong communication, prioritization, judgment, and MS Office proficiency; SAP, Minitab, and other systems are a plus.
