Project Manager - Triad Commercial & Multifamily
This role manages commercial upfits and select multifamily developments across the Southeast, working from the Triad office with light travel for site visits. You'll support preconstruction, drive project execution, and collaborate closely with senior leadership.

A growing regional builder delivering commercial interiors, ground‑up multifamily, and institutional projects throughout the Southeast. The team is expanding due to new project awards and values clear communication, collaborative preconstruction, and reliable project management.
Description
- Lead and manage commercial and multifamily construction projects in Greensboro from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to avoid delays.
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout all phases of construction.
Profile
A successful Project Manager - Triad Commercial & Multifamily should have:
- Relevant educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in managing commercial and multifamily construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage teams effectively.
Job Offer
- $90,000 -$110,000 base salary, bonuses, vehicle + gas card
