Assistant Project Manager - Luxury Residential

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in the delivery of luxury home and condo construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management or a related field, strong organizational skills, and the desire to learn and grow with our organization.

Description

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of the construction project life cycle, from pre-construction to project closeout.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and budget, providing regular updates and reports to the Project Manager.
• Help in maintaining project schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Address any project-related issues that arise and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
• Support the Project Manager in client communications and meetings, ensuring that all client expectations are met.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of construction experience
• Luxury Residential Construction experience
• Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Florida
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) (REQUIRED)
