Corporate Banking Analyst
This is a junior-level role within our client's Corporate Banking Department, supporting senior team members with credit analysis, client onboarding, loan administration, and internal reporting. The position offers exposure to high-profile corporate clients and is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth.

Our client is the New York branch of a major global financial institution and one of the largest banks by total assets worldwide. With a strong international presence and deep ties to both U.S. Fortune 500 companies and leading Chinese corporates, the institution plays a key role in cross-border banking and corporate lending activities.
Description
- Assist in preparing credit proposals for both existing and prospective clients, including conducting credit, industry, and risk analyses
- Support the preparation of annual and quarterly credit reviews, as well as reports on loan covenants and collateral
- Contribute to customer onboarding processes, including KYC reviews, rating updates, and post-closing account monitoring
- Enter and maintain loan data accurately in the internal booking system
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Treasury to facilitate loan drawdowns, transaction closings, and address inquiries
- Prepare and manage internal reporting, including client data, loan statistics, and departmental budgets
- Participate in special projects and provide general support to the Corporate Banking team as needed
Profile
- Fluency in Mandarin - Must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin professionally
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or financial services
- Strong credit analysis skills with the ability to assess financial and industry risk
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
