HRIS Coordinator
You will be responsible for providing support to the HRIS department and other related HR systems. This role will support the HRIS Specialist in reporting, maintaining and auditing data, implementation of new HRIS tools and modules, and overall HRIS system administration. The HR Coordinator will sit within the larger HR team and assist with general HR tasks as needed.

Description
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of all employee data, managing entry, updates, and audits.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train HR staff and other employees on HRIS system usage.
- Assist HRIS Specialist with monthly reporting, including communication to Business Services department heads.
- Support various HR platforms relating to performance reviews, compliance trainings, anniversary recognition, etc.
- Provide full data and metrics for annual industry and compliance surveys.
- Assist in maintenance of scheduled and ad hoc report writing tools for end users.
- Act as backup for data entry in the Firm's HR system.
- Create and maintain employee files and assist with departmental filing.
- Respond to requests for employment verification's.
- Monitor and respond to department email.
- Support on department initiatives including, but not limited to, Staff Appreciation, Holiday Party, Wellness Programs.
- Provide ad hoc support to Global HR Department team members as needed.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2 + years of experience in Human Resources with at least 1 year of HRIS support
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative, professional environment
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility for overtime as needed
Job Offer
- Highly desirable hourly rate
- True temp to Hire after 6 Months
- Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
- 3 days on site, 2 remote days (Monday and Friday
